Location
Lakeview College of Nursing is located in Danville, IL as well as on the campus of Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL. The Danville Campus is at 903 N. Logan Ave. in Danville, IL and the Charleston Campus is located at 580 W. Lincoln Ave. in Charleston, IL.

Hours of Operation

Danville Campus

The Lakeview College of Nursing office hours on the Danville Campus are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.  Faculty , staff and students are issued key fobs to access the building after office hours until 9 pm Monday through Thursday.  If changes occur to this schedule, they will be posted on the main entrance of the Danville Campus.

Charleston Campus

The Charleston Campus is staffed Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:30 am and 5 pm.  The building will only be opened during class time on Fridays.  Please call 217-345-1575 if unsure of Friday course schedule.  If changes occur to this schedule, they will be posted on the main entrance of the Charleston Campus.

Facilities
The Lakeview College of Nursing in Danville offers all amenities under one roof: classrooms equipped with the latest technology, a fully-stocked nursing arts laboratory, a modern chemistry laboratory, a learning resource center, a state-of-the art computer lab, several faculty/staff offices, quiet study areas, a student lounge, and a conference room. The facilities create a caring, comfortable atmosphere which is conducive the development of students and faculty.

The Lakeview College of Nursing Charleston may utilize any of the public buildings on the Eastern Illinois University Campus. Courses may be scheduled within the LCN classroom located at 580 W. Lincoln in Charleston, IL in the Education Center of Sarah Bush Hospital in Mattoon, or on within the EIU Campus buildings. Additionally, Lakeview students on campus at EIU utilize two separate nursing arts labs: one within the EIU Health Services Building and another within blocks of the EIU Campus at 580 W. Lincoln Ave. in Charleston. Students also have access to the Booth Library, Health Services, Counseling Services, the Student Recreation Center, the Student Union, and computer labs.
